Our dedicated staff makes sure that the small meetings get the same special attention as the larger meetings. We can help with registration fees, signage, motivational speakers, electrical, audio/visual, exhibit load-in and load-out, badges and accreditation and more. Executive Events can negotiate with those facilities on your behalf. Once you are contracted with your chosen venue, we can make all necessary arrangements, ensuring that staffing and resources are just right for your needs in every respect.

For travel to and from a venue or just a collective night on the town after a long day of meetings, your Executive Events Event Planner can plan and arrange all of your transportation needs. We'll help you decide which transportation resources — ranging from hotel shuttles, MARTA and taxi cabs to charter buses, town cars and stretch limousines — are the right ones for each circumstance.
VIP Lounges & Hospitality Suites:
Special treatment for special people and special needs
Do you want to entertain your clients in a more relaxed setting? Do you require a private setting for discussing sensitive company information? Executive Events can arrange for VIP lounges, Hospitality Suites or Break Rooms to meet your requirements. A lounge or suite can also be prepared for the media or staff, or just for storing luggage on the last day of the event. In the initial stages of planning, your Executive Events Event Planner will help you determine if you have a need for such a space. We will discuss with you how the space will be best used and if refreshments and additional décor are in order.
