How do you make sure to keep your clients’ events under budget?
It’s simple: we spend your money like it was ours. We respect your budget. At the first sign that your budget could be in jeopardy, we contact you immediately for guidance and to make suggestions. We give you honest, straightforward answers.
You seem really nice Tammy; but can you really handle all of the demands?
I'm gratified that I have a natural ability to put people at ease and that both clients and vendors are comfortable working with me. But don't let my friendly smile and gentle appearance fool you! I've been an Event Planning professional for many years, and I can play with the big boys! I'm sure that some clients, upon first meeting me, wondered how this soft-spoken lady would hold up against rigid and demanding contractors. If you have that concern, I'm sure it will be dispelled the very first time we meet with the vendors. While I can be gentle when necessary, I aggressively represent your interests every step of the way.
Does Executive Events require an in-person meeting before agreeing to plan an event?
No. In fact, it is very possible that 75% of your event will be planned before we ever meet face-to-face! We live in a world where everything is fast-paced, and all of our lives are busier than ever. Technology makes it possible — and extremely appealing — to communicate about your project "virtually". Executive Events is extremely proficient in all the technologies we might use to manage your project, and we're very flexible. Of course, we are always happy to meet you in person at any time. Just tell us what you prefer.
